Refunds and Returns
Our talented staff inspects every order for quality and craftsmanship, but on
rare occasions an issue may escape our notice.
If you are not happy with your print products, please let us know. Here at
dekmark we’re dedicated to customer service and we want the chance to
make things right.
You should contact customer service within 15 days of receiving your order by
emailing us at email@example.com with:
A detailed description of the problem
Your order number
Some pictures of the issue
Including these things will help us to resolve things quickly.
If your print product has a defect, we will fix or replace it at our expense. If you
return your product because of an extreme situation (this almost never
happens), we will issue you a credit for its full value. Products can be returned

Please understand that dekmark is not responsible for customer errors such
as spelling or grammatical mistakes, screen vs actual print color, quality
issues with the original images, or ordering errors. Please review your orders
carefully before placing them.
